Overview

Dirego, part of the ZOR Group, is a leading company in Mexico with more than 25 years of experience in the distribution of auto parts and tractor parts. It has 24 branches and 4 distribution centers in Mexico, the United States, and Colombia. It serves fleets, workshops, and distributors with a catalog of more than 40,000 products, offering original and high-quality parts.

The challenge
Optimize and professionalize the digital commercial channel for a complex, large-scale market, maintaining the quality of technical service and logistical agility that characterizes Dirego.

Our solution
We integrated the store with SAP ERP through our SAP partner Dintec Consulting, synchronizing stock and differentiated prices by customer in real time.

Due to the wide variety of products, we integrated Epicor PIM, which provides descriptions, categories, features, and images using the part number (MPN).

Dirego operates 24 branches, each with its own Prestashop instance and specific customer group, but sharing the same catalog. We developed a module that synchronizes the creation and updating of products from the head office to all branches. In addition, we implemented a customized panel so that each user can check their account status directly from the store.
